Kanban : The Kanban methodology is implemented by means of Kanban boards. It is a visual method of project management that allows teams to visualize their workflows and workload. On a Kanban board, work is displayed on a project in the form of a board organized by columns. Each column represents a part of the job .
The most basic Kanban board may feature columns such as Work Pending, In Progress and Completed. Individual tasks – represented by visual cards on the board – progress through the different columns until they are completed.
Prince : Explains how to manage risk, how to manage quality and how to control change in the project. Risk management is about determining what could go wrong and planning what to do if it does.
prince is a method for managing projects. It helps you determine who you involve and what their responsibilities are. It gives you a set of processes to work through and explains what information to collect along the way.
It cannot guarantee that your projects will succeed.
To create a controlled project environment, roles and responsibilities are clearly defined in the prince project management methodology.
